Our answer is the same every time. Full ownership and intellectual property transfer on final payment. Source code, design files and brand assets all end up in your accounts. Hosting, domains and SSL are passed through at cost. There is no ongoing licence fee just to keep using the thing you commissioned, and no annual lock-in on the support retainer.

You can also take the site and run it yourself. We hand over full access either way.

How we quote

Three ways, depending on the job: fixed price for build work, a monthly retainer for support and growth, and £95 an hour for small fixes.

• Fixed scope, fixed price. Build work is quoted once the brief is locked, and change requests are itemised and approved before they land.
• Monthly retainers for IT support and growth marketing. Cancel any month. You see the time log.
• Hourly at £95 for small fixes, audits and one-off consulting, billed in 15 minute blocks.
• Tell us the budget first. We will say honestly what fits inside it, or that it does not add up.

Most projects sit between £2,000 and £5,000 once design or development is involved. Deposits are typically 50% on signature with the balance on delivery for fixed-price work under £10,000, and larger projects split across milestones.
